Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

All rights of www.mebee.com.tr ("Site") belong to MEBEE and the use of the Site by Users and Members is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read the following Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") carefully before accessing or using the Site. MEBEE may amend this Agreement at any time and such amendments shall take effect immediately upon the posting of the amended Agreement on the Site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such changes, and your continued access to or use of the site shall constitute your conclusive acceptance of the amended agreement.

Membership to the Site is subject to your acceptance of the conditions written below. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Site. However, if you have started such use, you must stop use immediately. All members and visitors who log in to the Site, visit the Site, use the Site in any way, access the Site and/or connect to the Site in any other way ("User") declare, accept and undertake in advance that they will comply with the MEBEE Website Terms of Use set out on this page. The term "User" mentioned above refers to any person who logs in to the Website by logging in as a member or in any other way, uses the Website, examines the Website or connects to the Website via any communication device (such as mobile phone, computer) or exchanges electronic data through the Website.

Service Content

General Terms and Conditions

MEBEE continuously checks the accuracy and currency of the information available on the Site. However, Members and Users should be aware that this information may not always be up-to-date.

MEBEE has the right to cancel the membership if it wishes, without any justification.

All kinds of intellectual property rights belonging to the Site (products, information, texts, pictures, brands, icons, visual or audio etc. images, video clips, designs, catalogues, files, lists, data, codes, slogans and other signs, page layout etc.) are exclusively owned by MEBEE. MEBEE is the property of MEBEE. All kinds of information, images and materials on the Site may not be used in a different form by revising, adding or changing all or part of the Site. Copying, modifying, publishing, sending, distributing, selling the intellectual property presented on the Site, in whole or in part, by using online or other media, will clearly and unequivocally violate the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Commercial Works and will be subject to legal and criminal sanctions.

The member is obliged to use his/her credit card securely. MEBEE is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise due to breach of contract, tort, or other reasons.

MEBEE may, at any time, terminate this agreement without notice and transfer it in whole or in part. The transfer of the contract by the User or the Member is null and void.

MEBEE has the right to remove the Site from publication and change its content due to force majeure or at its sole discretion and evaluation.

Users and Members are obliged to act in accordance with general morality and decency, all applicable national and international laws and regulations, communication and internet security while using the Site. All kinds of expressions, comments, writings, writings, pictures, images, visuals and any other information and documents to be added by the Users to the Site must be in content and form in accordance with general morality and decency and the relevant national and international legislation.

Any act or transaction that may cause damage to the software and hardware systems of the Site, adversely affect its functioning or cause it to slow down is prohibited. Members accept, declare and undertake that the passwords given to them are given exclusively to them, that they will not share these passwords with others under any circumstances, otherwise they will be responsible for any damages and losses that may arise. It is not the responsibility of MEBEE to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the member when applying for membership. MEBEE has no legal responsibility for any damages arising from providing incorrect membership information.

MEBEE reserves the right to take all kinds of security measures, including blocking access to the Site and cancelling the membership of Users who act in violation of the Site Terms of Use and the aforementioned rules, and if necessary, to initiate legal action against violators.

Any and all direct and indirect damages, losses, damages and/or losses that Users, Members or other third parties may incur for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to computer viruses, trojans and similar malicious software (malware) of any kind that may be exposed due to the use of the Site, the use of the data and information provided or offered on the Site, the behaviour based on this data and information or access to the Site. Disputes arising from this "Terms of Use and Membership Agreement" are subject to Turkish Law and Denizli Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorised to resolve disputes.
